I’m Chloe and I am hugely passionate about building women’s confidence both within the gym but also day to day life! There is so much joy found in the journey and through developing knowledge in areas such as nutrition, training & taking an introspective stance, my online coaching, weekly check ins, day to day support and monthly mindset calls help you to develop both knowledge and self-confidence, building strength not only physically, but mentally too!

As a personal trainer and qualified mental health nurse, my online coaching takes a holistic stance with health and well-being focusing on building knowledge & confidence whilst actively working towards the goals at hand. Sustainably & balance are key and through my bespoke services we focus on building secure foundations with training & nutrition but also through active mindset work, in turn developing self awareness and knowledge to sustain a positive fitness journey!
